Preamble
ARBEMAX attaches great importance to the protection and security of your personal data, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
ARBEMAX has drawn up this Privacy policy with the aim of transparently informing customers and users of the website of the way in which personal data is collected and processed by ARBEMAX. It is therefore important that you read it and any other specific information that we may communicate to you from time to time when we collect or process personal data concerning you. This privacy policy complements these other notices and is not intended to replace them.
This Privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data in connection with all products and services offered by ARBERMAX to its customers in its cinemas, via websites, mobile applications, customer surveys, competitions, actions or events, Wi-Fi, or in connection with any other use of its products and services.

This data is collected according to the products you order or the services you use and for the purposes described below.
When you provide personal data about yourself, you undertake to provide accurate information that is not prejudicial to the interests or rights of third parties. You also undertake to this information if necessary.
The above-mentioned data are processed for the following purposes:
(1) Order cinema tickets online and/or reserve a location
Which data? Your identification details (first and last name), your contact details (e-mail address) and details of your order (session, seat, ticket price, number of tickets, etc.) or your company details if you are acting in a professional capacity.
What is the purpose of this data? These data are processed in order to provide you with your order and, if necessary, to communicate with you about it.
The processing of this data is essential for the performance of the sales contract concluded. Without the processing of this data, we cannot supply your order (article 6.1.b) of the GDPR).
How long do you keep this information? The data you give us is kept for a maximum of 10 years from the date of your order, so that we can defend ourselves in the event of our contractual liability being called into question.
Recipients? Your data may be communicated to our service providers and sub-contractors (IT service providers (U-tick), payment service providers, delivery service providers (bpost or others)).
(2) Participation in the competitions we organise
What data is collected? When you take part in competitions organised by ARBEMAX, your identification data (surname, first name) and your contact details may be processed. Other data may be processed, depending on the competition. We refer you to the specific conditions of the competition to find out what other data is processed.
Why do we do this? This data is processed to enable you to take part in the competition (to count you among the entrants and, where applicable, to award you the prize won).
For how long? Your data will be kept for a maximum of 10 years after the end of the competition, in order to ensure our defense in the event of our contractual liability being called into question.
Recipients Your data may be communicated to our service providers and subcontractors (IT service providers) as well as to our potential partners in the context of the competition.
(3) Social networks
Which data? The data linked to your social network accounts, the data linked to the sharing of content and the communications you have with other people.
Why do we do this? When you visit an ARBEMAX page on social networks, you communicate certain data, which are likely to be processed jointly by the social network and ARBEMAX to collect certain data by means of cookies, to improve the social network and its advertising system, or to produce audience statistics for the page. The audience statistics established by each social network are only transmitted to ARBEMAX in an anonymized form.
The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest in obtaining statistics on visitors to our social networking pages, in order to optimise the promotion of these pages.
For how long? As long as the page exists and you visit it.
Recipients? The social network concerned is jointly responsible for processing.

In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, ARBEMAX guarantees the data subject's right of access to his/her personal data. The data subject has the right to obtain access to said personal data as well as the following information:
ARBEMAX guarantees the right of rectification and, to a certain extent, erasure of the personal data of the person concerned.
In accordance with article 16 of the GDPR, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant data may be corrected or deleted at any time. The User will first make the necessary changes themselves from their user/customer account, unless they cannot be made on their own, in which case the request can be made to ABERMAX at the following e-mail address: info@cinema-aventure.be.
In accordance with Article 19 of the GDPR, the Data controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any rectification of the personal data, unless such disclosure proves impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort. The Data controller shall provide the data subject with information about such recipients if he or she so requests.
The data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of his or her personal data as soon as possible in the cases listed in Article 17 of the GDPR.

In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to receive their personal data from the data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Where the data subject exercises his or her right to data portability pursuant to the previous paragraph, he or she shall have the right to obtain that the personal data be transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically possible.
The exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to erasure.
The data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copies requested by the data subject.
Where the data subject submits this request electronically, the information shall be provided in a commonly used electronic form, unless the data subject requests otherwise.
An acknowledgement of receipt of the request will be sent to the person concerned no later than one month after receipt of the request. We reserve the right to refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature. In such cases, we may either charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs or refuse to process the request. We may be unable to comply with a request if it conflicts with our contractual obligations.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint concerning the processing of its personal data by ARBEMAX with the Data Protection Authority competent for Belgian territory. Personal data may be transmitted to ARBEMAX's employees, collaborators, subcontractors or suppliers who collaborate in the marketing of products or the provision of services. They act under the direct authority of ARBEMAX, and are responsible for collecting, processing or subcontracting such data.
